A gift card is a digital credit that you can give or receive to make purchases in our store. It works like an electronic voucher with a predefined amount.
When you order: you or your recipient will receive a code of a specific value: €25, €50, €75 or €100 depending on what you have decided. If you wish to send it to someone, remember to check the "I want to send it as a gift" box above.
Everything is done by email: The recipient receives an email with the gift card code. The delivery is immediate or can also be scheduled for the date of your choice.
This email contains a unique code: each card contains a 16-character code.

No, there is no expiry date: our gift cards do not expire.
Unfortunately, no. Our cards are non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions of sale.
Yes, you can pay in installments and you don't have to spend the entire amount of your gift card in one go. If there is a positive balance on your card after your order, you can reuse it next time.
To use your gift card at checkout, it's very simple: once you've added your items to the cart and reached the order step, you'll find a field labeled "Promo code" just before the payment options. Simply enter or paste your code into this field and click "Apply" - the amount of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.
If your cart total is greater than the card's credit, you will simply need to pay the difference with your usual payment method, and if your cart costs less than the card's amount, the remaining credit will be saved for your next purchases.
