Add 1 to 2 bamboo scoops (chashaku) of matcha to your bowl, depending on desired strength.

It all depends on the preparation! For a matcha latte, 1 to 2g are enough depending on the desired intensity. For baking, count between 5 and 10g for a 4 to 6-serving cake.

Not at all. Mei-san, it's pure matcha, plain and simple. No sugar, no coloring, no added flavor. Just shade-grown, hand-picked Tencha leaves, stone-ground. Nothing more, nothing hidden, and that's much better this way ;)

Matcha contains a little caffeine (around 30 mg per serving), so as always during pregnancy: listen to your body, be reasonable, and if in doubt… ask your favorite doctor. Mei-san won't be offended.
